After I qualified as a stress management therapist, I developed a series of workshops which I delivered to the participants of a local depression self-help group to promote wellbeing and offer ways to deal with stress, anxiety and depression.
I now offer these stress management and mindfulness workshops to groups and corporate clients to explore stress and its causes. Participants are given the opportunity to explore why and how they may be struggling with stress. The workshops offer tools and strategies to help participants develop ways to deal with the negative effects of stress and to build resilience.
Tools and techniques offered include: mindfulness meditation, relaxation, journal writing, assertiveness and cognitive coping skills etc. For further details on the workshops I offer, please contact me.
