MENTORING

I am a Specialist Autism Employment Mentor and work with clients privately or through the Government’s Access to Work Scheme.

As a mentor, I offer support and guidance to clients in education or employment. The partnership enables clients to discuss any issues or challenges they may be experiencing at work or at college/university in a neutral space. Mentoring provides the opportunity to talk about how you  experience the world and function as an individual at work, University or home. At the same time, there’s the chance to develop skills and acquire knowledge in areas such as communication, emotional regulation, stress management or resilience to manage work and educational expectations, and to achieve goals.

I have academic, professional and personal experience of autism and assist individuals to gain employment and/or to succeed in their working /educational environments.

I am able to offer support with CVs, job interviews, communication with colleagues and/or managers, autism training and support with reasonable adjustments if need be.

My fees are £60 an hour and I can provide quotes for Access to Work, please contact me for further information.
